In 1970 a partnership DRR was formed between Cornelius Dudley, Richard and Robert Singletary, to purchase investment properties. Two companies emerged out of this partnership: one of which was Dudley & Singletary Property, Inc. (1974) a property Maintenance Company with Richard M. Singletary as the Vice President.
